Not only did he help me find the right plan, but he went above and beyond my expectations in so many ways: after submitting my application he reviewed, identified errors I had made that would cause my fees to jump up and walked me through the process of correcting them; checked with my preferred plan to see if my prescriptions were covered; offered to help me reduce my quote further by guiding me through some additional steps; always responded in a timely manner.
