Alan Chan - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was referred to Alan in San Francisco from my last agent in North Carolina. I was in a car wreck last week and I was still under my North Carolina State Farm insurance. I needed an agent out here to help me deal with everything, as well as sign me up for new California insurance so that I was able to get my brand new car.

I went in today to hand over the title to my old car and get my refund check for the total worth of the car and sign up for insurance in California. He was so helpful, and handled everything so fast. He was very informative on what I needed to do. He even told me he wanted to give me the absolute best deal possible as I've been a loyal customer of State Farm for almost 9 years. I was able to pick up my brand new car today thanks to Alan's help, and I'm looking forward to continue working with him as my insurance agent out here in San Francisco.
