I was in need for car insurance and did some shopping around. Spoke to a couple different agents with other insurance companies and found Justin to be the most helpful, friendly, and most of all, knowledgable. If you're like me, when I want something done, I want it done now, not a week or 2 weeks later. Justin was able to turn-around quickly. He was very responsive, answered all my questions, and provided me with a quote/paperwork promptly. I was insured in no time! I was referred to Alan in San Francisco from my last agent in North Carolina. I was in a car wreck last week and I was still under my North Carolina State Farm insurance. I needed an agent out here to help me deal with everything, as well as sign me up for new California insurance so that I was able to get my brand new car.

I went in today to hand over the title to my old car and get my refund check for the total worth of the car and sign up for insurance in California. He was so helpful, and handled everything so fast. He was very informative on what I needed to do. He even told me he wanted to give me the absolute best deal possible as I've been a loyal customer of State Farm for almost 9 years. I was able to pick up my brand new car today thanks to Alan's help, and I'm looking forward to continue working with him as my insurance agent out here in San Francisco.

I've been a happy client of Traci's for over five years now. She's sharp, helpful, and seriously plugged in to your needs. Traci has made the insurance process incredibly easy and - get ready for it - downright pleasant. Simply a miracle.

One thing I've been really impressed with is Traci's role as an adviser. Year to year, income goes up, income goes down, and life situations change. She always schedules a check-in to make adjustments as needed, so I'm not paying for anything unnecessary, but am covered in case something wacky happens. She gives a clear explanation of how each policy works, and I'm given all the information needed to make the best decisions for myself.

Thierry Hugand - State Farm Insurance

Parlez-vous insurance?  No?  That's okay, most people don't.  If it feels like your policy might as well be written in French, that's fine because Thierry can explain it to you in a way that sounds more like you're ordering dinner than comprehensive and collision coverage.  

He can also look at all of your other policies (even the stuff they gave you at work that you haven't thought about since you were pretending to pay attention during HR orientation) and help you turn snails and fattened goose liver into escargot and foie gras.  Or at least he can improve on your current  "pay the premium, pull the blanket over your head and wish for the best" plan.  If you have time to watch an episode of Dancing with the Stars, you can make time for this.  Go ahead and schedule that teeth cleaning appointment you've been putting off, too.
